On Point was recently engaged by Haemonetics to lead the integration of the Global Med acquisition. Haemonetics is a global leader in blood management solutions that helps improve clinical care and lower costs by optimizing collection, processing and use of scarce blood resources. Global Med is a healthcare information technology company which provides software solutions and services that span the blood supply continuum.

On Point Managing Director, Joe Huguelet presented M&A InteGREATion at the January 14th 2010 AM&AA conference in Las Vegas where over 300 people attended. The presentation was a learning approach to ensure your company is one that realizes the full value of the merger through proper integration planning and execution.

Joe Huguelet, Managing Director at On Point was a featured speaker at the most recent Joint Business Conference put on by The Institute of Certified Business Counselors, The Society of Business Analysts and the NEBB Institute in Minneapolis on September 26th. Joe presented integration as a critical component to due diligence and ultimately to the success of the deal.
